District and National Volunteers

District and national volunteers provide valuable service to the sorority by supporting collegians, alumnae and other volunteers. Volunteering at the district level is ideal for recent graduates and for women who are interested in alternatives to chapter advising. Training
- District and national volunteers are offered online training sessions through the Officer Portal. These trainings include general and position specific sessions that are necessary to be successful.
- Volunteers at the district and national level also receive training and support from: team leaders, team members, other volunteers and national headquarters staff.
- The Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation also supports volunteer training at District Day events and the national convention & leadership conference. These sessions include support for volunteers personally and professionally.
